Topeka, Kansas, March 1943.
This photograph of a train in the station of Topeka, Kansas was taken at about the same time that Judy Garland was appearing in the film, The Harvey Girls and singing the hit song, “On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe,” which memorialized one of the important railroad lines of the period.
