Organizing leaflet. Cover of American Federation of Labor organizing leaflet which explained to workers their right to organize into unions of their choice, guaranteed by the National Labor Relations Act (Wagner Act) of 1935. This New Deal legislation granted rights that were severely curtailed by the Taft-Hartley act of 1947.
