The Vendors of Newkirk series by Brooklyn artist Nina Talbot presents portraits of immigrant shopkeepers from Newkirk Plaza, a multicultural neighborhood in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. Talbot captures a diversity of local shopkeepers in their stores, including Fisherman’s Cove depicted the painting “Trina of Fisherman’s Cove.”
