Christmas tree with picket signs

This image was taken by Sam Reiss who was often referred to as “Labor’s Photographer.” He photographed almost every significant New York City labor event from the 1930s through the mid 1970’s. He labeled this photo, “Christmas party for children of Circle Line Workers, Local 3, IBEW.”
