Field Laborers assembled at a Wartime Civil Control Administration Station
In Byron, California these field laborers with Japanese ancestry from a large delta ranch have assembled to receive instructions for evacuation which is to be effective in three days. They are arguing about whether or not they should return to the ranch to work for the remaining three days, or whether they should spend that time on their personal affairs.
