Ice Skating Rink Clean-up, New York City, 1954.
In this year in which the hockey season has been cancelled because of a labor dispute between the club owners and the players, it is refreshing to see workers actually cleaning up an ice-skating rink, presumably after an evening of skating activity. Note the worker in front spraying water on the ice which apparently makes it more manageable for his colleagues.
