Local 1101 Communications Workers; Local 1456 Dock Builders; Local 3 Electricians; Local 40 and Local 301 Ironworkers; Local 79 and Local 731, Laborers; Locals 14, 15, and 825 Operating Engineers; Locals 282, 292, and 754 Teamsters.
