This is the third example we have of a banner from an Italian local of the ACWA. One wonders what factors lead to the preservation of these and not so many of the other ethnic locals’ banners. The faded red silk has gold lettering, borders, tassels and fringe. The lettering reads: Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America Brooklyn N. Y. The central logo (very similar to the previous example) is decorated with green laurel branches, and reads ACW of A, Coat, Childrens Clothing and Novelty Workers.
