Leaders of the United Federation of Teachers join Governor Mario Cuomo to present a bust of Abraham Lincoln to Polish Solidarity leader Lech Walesa. The presentation was a follow-up to a visit by Polish school teachers earlier in the year, when Governor Cuomo had promised to make Lincoln's writings on democracy available in Polish.
